Basic Alignment/Basic Yoga
This class has a principle focus on the alignment of yoga asana (the physical postures). It is recommended particularly for those who are newer to the practice of yoga, but is also useful for deepening understanding for those who have an existing yoga practice.
This class is highly recommended for not only for newcomers to yoga but for anyone looking to deepen their practice. Each week we will focus on important aspects of yoga while also focusing on 4-5 asanas which we will break down in more detail. For newcomers it is a place to slow down and practice focusing on alignment and breathing. For experienced yogis it is a place to learn from a new perspective. Yoga Fundamentals will help you to benefit fully from each pose.
