Prenatal + Postnatal Yoga

At Radiant Light Yoga in Brussels, we have several offerings for yoga and meditation during the prenatal and postnatal period.  Having worked for several years in this field, Kristen has trained with some of the leading experts in yoga, birth preparation, and mindfulness (Gurmukh Kaur Khalsa, Birthlight, Janet Balaskas, Oxford Centre for Mindfulness).

DURING PREGNANCY:

Pregnancy yoga
Weekly 'Pregnancy Yoga' classes (Monday evenings, Tuesday lunchtimes, and Thursday evenings). These classes help by getting you moving safely, to energise your body and calm your mind. As from 12 weeks of pregnancy. No yoga experience required.

 

 

AFTER THE BABY ARRIVES:

Mama + Baby Yoga
Weekly ‘Mama + Baby’ postnatal yoga classes (Tuesdays 14:00-15:00) + Thursdays 11:00-12:00), from 6 weeks after birth (or 8 weeks if C-section) till baby is mobile. The classes are for safely and gently getting back to movement, addressing common aches and pains, learning exercises to do with your baby and enjoying the connection of sharing a class with other mothers and babies.

 

Mama-Baby-Group
Mama and Baby Group: on Monday afternoons,  a get-together organised by Antenatal + Baby. This informal group is a lovely way of connecting with a community of other mothers and babies.
