Marina welcomes every BODY to join her in a luxurious 3 hour Yoga practice; starting with Asana (posture work) and gradually working to a deeper presence, through Pranayama (breathing) and Mantra (chant) and finishing with a blissful Yoga Nidra (DEEP relaxation). A focused process of body awareness, stress relief and re-connection for body, mind and soul that will leave you SHINING!

Marina Sossi is a qualified British Wheel of Yoga teacher and Registered Exercise Professional (advanced level 4). She is based in London and teaches Yoga retreats and workshops internationally.
