Breathwalk is a simple, natural and effective approach to changing the basic rhythms of the body to bring about wellness. It combines specific breathing patterns with walking and directed meditative attention. This workshop will introduce you to how to choose and do a breathing pattern as you walk,showing you a path to physical and mental fitness.
